There is a way through

From the Health Promotion Agency, There is a Way Through is a free guide for people experiencing stress, depression and anxiety. 

Available to download as a PDF or order in hardcopy, the booklet covers how to recognise depression and anxiety in yourself, how to help yourself and how to get help from others. There is also a section for whānau and friends.

This booklet uses a Māori framework for wellbeing called Te Whare Tapa Whā (the four walls of the house) to address the impacts to a person's life from experiencing stress, depression and anxiety.
