Part of the National Telehealth Service, 'Need to talk? 1737' is a phone number people can use 24/7 to connect with mental health and addiction support.
By calling or texting the easy-to-remember four-digit number from any landline or mobile, people who need to talk can access professional help for free. As one in five New Zealanders will experience mental distress sometime in their life, there's a strong chance someone in your organisation needs to talk.
Download the attached FAQ brochure, or print the posters below that encourage people to text or call 1737.
You can also order wallet cards by emailing Homecare Medical, which runs the National Telehealth Service. Please include the quantity required, your postal address (including postcode) and if you need them by a certain date.
