A new toolkit is available to help incorporate the Five Ways to Wellbeing in your workplace.
From the Mental Health Foundation and Health Promotion Agency, the toolkit focuses on the Five Ways (Connect, Be Active, Keep Learning, Give, Take Notice), and how workplaces can introduce these simple and proven actions to help your people find balance, build resilience and improve mental wellbeing.
This resource provides fact sheets and tools to make it easy to encourage your people to make positive changes to boost mind and mood. Team games such as Wellbeing Bingo help people connect, learn new things about each other and have a laugh together.
There are also practical tips for introducing mindfulness, templates to support people to set their own Five Ways goals, factsheets explaining each of the Five Ways, and an action plan to help you plan your Five Ways focus.
