It has truly been a year like no other – 2020 has been challenging. But it has also provided a much-needed catalyst for change: a time to reflect on workplace wellbeing and perhaps rethink the way we are working.
In our new case study, Southland Chamber of Commerce Events and Marketing Manager Michelle McSoriley says that the organisation’s workplace wellbeing work is probably the most important thing it is doing for its 4,500 members – both during lockdown and beyond.
"As much as we all want to move into 2021 and put this year behind us, there's still going to be a lot of difficulties and unknowns and a bit of fallout still to happen, within the next couple of years," says Michelle. "So we need to be doing everything we can to support those members in need."
If you're looking for ideas for wellbeing initiatives in 2021, our Port Nelson case study highlights the wealth of resources available to businesses. One of these is the hot-off-the-press Wellplace Planner 2021.
