Capitalise on all your good mental health awareness work in September by marking World Mental Health Day.
Celebrated on October 10 every year, World Mental Health Day is run by the World Health Organization and is aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues, and mobilising efforts to support mental health.
The theme changes every year - previous themes have included suicide prevention, young people and mental health, mental health in the workplace, and dignity in mental health.
Whatever the theme, it's a good chance for workplaces to show their support of mental health issues and an awareness of the need to support staff to build and maintain good mental health.
