This year has been a tough one. Ongoing uncertainty and constant change due to COVID-19 has been stressful and worrying for all of us.
But Spring offers a chance to check in with ourselves and look at new ways to boost our wellbeing and resilience.
The theme of this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week (September 21 to 27) is Reimagine Wellbeing Together: He Tirohanga Anamata. It encourages everyone to redefine and rediscover what wellbeing looks like, during COVID-19 and beyond.
It’s also Gambling Harm Awareness Week in September (1 to 6). COVID-19 may have changed how people gamble but help and support is available.Back to calendar
