Mental Health Awareness Week is endorsed by the World Federation for Mental Health and marked in over 150 countries.
In New Zealand it is usually celebrated to coincide with World Mental Health Day on 10 October.
See the Mental Health Awareness Week's website for ideas for how your workplace can mark the week, as well as resources to help you build good mental health.
Also see the Five Ways to Wellbeing at Work toolkit to help you incorporate the Five Ways into your workplace.
The toolkit focuses on the Five Ways, and includes many resources and techniques to help workplaces introduce these simple and proven actions to help people find balance, build resilience and improve mental wellbeing.
