Mental Health Awareness Week is endorsed by the World Federation for Mental Health and marked in over 150 countries.
In New Zealand it is usually celebrated to coincide with World Mental Health Day on 10 October.

New this year is the Five Ways to Wellbeing at Work toolkit to help you incorporate the Five Ways into your workplace.
The toolkit focuses on the Five Ways, and includes many resources and techniques to help workplaces introduce these simple and proven actions to help people find balance, build resilience and improve mental wellbeing.
